  • Solar-powered Four Rider Bicycle - Supernova, four-person solar/human powered bicycle featuring a large, 4.6 x 1.3 metre rectangular fibreglass parasol covered on the upper surface with solar cells. The front wheel and front driving position is shielded by a large but light fairing. An electric motor is mounted between riders 3 and 4, and is linked to the rear wheel through a chain drive. An electrical circuit box is mounted on a frame over the rear wheel, behind the last rider. The bike is painted red, with chrome highlights.
